Shipping policy

* In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Standard processing time is 24 working hours. For the customized, colored, or out-of-stock wigs, the processing time is between 3-5 working days. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly. Thank you.

After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Then the package probably arrive within 3-10 working days. (Different areas have different delivery times).

If the address provided by your order is inaccurate or incomplete, or if there are unverified details in the order, the order process time may be delayed for 1-2 business days. Change any address info will cause an extra fee after the parcel left factory.
